Gunite Concrete Pools
We use best quality cement and sand along with water that is injected through cement into a place by means of compressed air, while constructing gunite concrete pool. Compressor, spray nozzle and flexible hosepipe that is enclosed by the nozzle at the end for forming slurry out of water under pressure, are used in construction of the pool. For constructing these, we use mix dry material along with low water and cement. Slightly moist sand is the best material used in the pool construction that is gunned and shot under pressure by compressed air. Cement and sand is taken in the proportion of 1:3 or 1:4.
Poured Concrete Pools
This pool is constructed by impeccable concrete mix of M - 200 (1:1½: 3). This is the accurate mixture of mechanical mixes that is placed on wall and floor area. Apart from this, waterproofing of approved quality is added while constructing the pool.
Vinyl Pools
Constructing vinyl pool is expensive in comparison to other pools. While constructing this pool a hole is dug in it as done in the other pools, and then the ground of this pool is covered with sand or similar material for making the smooth liner to rest upon. Once the liner is placed, then coping is attached to the walls. Holes are cut in the pool for drains and skimmers, and to avert any kind of leakage the openings are sealed and backfill is packed behind the walls.
Jacuzzis Pools
This pool is erected with R.C.C that is 150 mm thick and a well waterproof and best quality mortar, plasters it. 1 “X1” shon-blue tiles are used for tiling this pool. The equipments used while construction of this pool are hydrotherapy jets that is made of brass, air control valve to control IR suction, side drain made up of PVC, hair & lint made up of FRP with a transparent cover to enable easy inspection, 3Hp centrifugal mono block type pump and plumbing with PVC materials of minimum pressure of 10 kg/cm2.
Automatic Filtration
There are various categories of filtration system, which are used for different swimming pools. For single speed pool pump a reducing filtration is a big energy saver. Filtration run time varies according to the pool size, amount of debris in the water and other factors. But it is advisable to filter the water for one time in 24 hours. There are two-speed or variable speed pumps for filtering the water, but we use lowest speed pump for appropriate circulation of the water. We make sure that while pumping the water on low speed, the resultant flow rate must be proportional to the reduction of the speed of motor-pump, but the amount of energy used is reduced even further.
Whirlpools
We are specialist in offering comprehensive range of whirlpool tubs. It is a soaker tub fitted with water jets, electric pump and piping, installed for both bathing and to have hydro massage therapy. We develop whirlpool tubs in variety of colors, sizes and designs, which is unavailable anywhere else.
